We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, banking or regulated advisory services.

By placing an order or requesting services through our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another available payment method. We do not store or have access to full card details.

All prices, service fees or project costs will be communicated before payment or project start.

4. Fees

Customers are charged for digital marketing, consulting, campaign setup, content, lead generation or related growth services. Fees depend on the agreed scope of work.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting and marketing work, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at our discretion, depending on the service scope, work completed and circumstances of the request.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, sales, followers, leads, approval decisions, income or financial outcomes. Marketing performance may vary depending on many factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, access, materials, creative assets and approvals required to deliver the agreed services.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as advertising networks, social media platforms, analytics tools, payment processors or website platforms. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, delays, account issues or decisions made by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the services directly provided by CapitalPlus Group Ltd. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, platform restrictions, third-party decisions or results outside the agreed service scope.
